When blueberries are in season, you will never run out of things to bake that are amazing and healthy. This blueberry cobbler recipe adds just one tablespoon of brown sugar which can be omitted. When we simmer the blueberries with maple syrup, the cobbler topping doesn’t need a lot of sweetener. Just add these blueberries to the souffle dishes and add the cobbler topping. I top mine with organic vanilla yogurt. Obviously vanilla ice cream would also be yummy too!
