I love sweet potatoes especially if they are baked, healthy and spicy! These healthy sweet potato fries are an easy treat to make for after school as a healthy snack or with a healthy meal.

Spread sweet potatoes mixture on prepared baking sheet. ;Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip fries to ensure even cooking.
